What data we process on the website

  • Cookies & similar technologies (see table).
  • Technical server logs (IP, user-agent, date/time, URL) for security and operation.
  • Email communication: message content and sender details when you send us an email at info@synodigo.gr.
  • Waiting list/beta update: your email for availability notification.
  • Newsletter subscription: email and consent details (date/time, IP, opt-in method).
  • Google Analytics 4 statistics (with your consent).
  • Google Search Console: aggregated search statistics, without visitor identification.

Purposes & legal basis

  • Website functionality/security (technical cookies, logs): legitimate interest.
  • Traffic statistics (GA4): consent.
  • Request/communication management: pre-contractual communication or legitimate interest.
  • Waiting list/beta notifications: pre-contractual communication or legitimate interest.
  • Newsletters & promotional communications: consent (GDPR 6(1)(a), ePrivacy/Law 3471/2006).
  • Compliance with law (e.g., security): legal obligation.

Newsletter (header & footer)

  • We have two registration forms (top & bottom of the page). Registration is optional and independent of the waiting list.
  • We use double opt-in (confirmation email) and we comply with log συγκατάθεσης (ημερομηνία/ώρα, IP, κείμενο συναίνεσης).
  • Each email contains a link unsubscribeThe recall is effective immediately.
  • For sending, we use an email marketing provider (e.g., Sender.net) as a processor.
  • Opening/clicks may be tracked (tracking pixel) for statistical purposes of the newsletter.

Cookie consent management

You can accept/reject/change options at any time from the banner or the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer. You can also delete cookies from your browser settings. Strictly necessary cookies remain active for the basic functioning of the website.

Recipients/processors

Hosting provider (e.g., Hostinger), Google LLC (GA4), CookieYes consent mechanism provider, email marketing provider (e.g., Sender.net) for the newsletter. We only transfer the necessary data and they are bound by processing agreements.

International transfers

Where non-EEA services are used (e.g. Google, email marketing provider), transfers are based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and equivalent safeguards.

Retention periods

  • Technical logs: up to 12 months.
  • GA4: up to 14 months (according to property settings).
  • Waiting list/beta: up to 12 months from last contact or until notification is complete.
  • Newsletter: until revoked or up to 24 months of subscriber inactivity.
  • Contact email: up to 24 months or as long as necessary to handle requests/legal claims. After that, they are deleted or anonymized.

Minors

The content is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not target minors.

Safety

We implement technical and organizational measures (access controls, encryption in transit, backup policies).

Third-party links

When you are directed to app stores or third-party websites, their own policies apply.
